14岁男孩英东北部火灾事故身亡 导致14名儿童被捕
Northumbria Police have confirmed that 14 young people, including a 14-year-old boy who was found dead at the scene of the fire in Tyne and Wear area industrial estate, have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.
Residents in the area have expressed concern over the fact that young people are often seen entering the industrial estate without permission. Northumbria Police said they will continue to investigate the cause of death of the young man who was found dead at the scene.
Northumbria Police Detective Chief Inspector Louise Jenkins said: "This is a deeply tragic event and we are all deeply sorry for the victims, their families and friends. We will do everything possible to find out what happened in these tragic circumstances."
Northumbria Police have set up an area around the incident site as part of their investigation.
Go Fund Me has set up a dedicated fund to help the family of the young man who was found dead at the scene of the fire.
