A killing case is under review involving a former husband and his family members who were found dead. Eileen Pattern may be accused of poisoning mushrooms during a dinner party she hosted, which could lead to her facing multiple charges including three counts of murder and one of attempt to murder.

The key evidence in the case is her claim of having cancer, which she used to hide the truth. It is alleged that Eileen Pattern invited Don and Gail Patterson, as well as their姑姑Heather Wilkinson, to her home for dinner after Leongatha, and claimed she had severe health problems to explain why their children were not present at the event.

Don and Gail Patterson, as well as Wilkinson, died within a week after the dinner, while Wilkinson's husband Ian Wilkinson survived the tragedy. The case is under review and is expected to continue for several weeks.
