NZ AbILITIES GROUP GLENFIELD FACTORY FOLIATED BY FIRE

The NZ AbILITIES GROUP Glenfield factory has suffered severe damage following a tragic fire. The facility primarily handles e-waste recycling, collection of everyday waste such as milk crates, and contract packaging work.

With the fire destroying the facility, 120 employees who relied on this job have been informed of their potential displacement. According to NZ AbILITIES GROUP's负责人Peter Frahar, the company is currently in the process of fundraising efforts and actively seeking new production locations. The Give-A-Little charity has already raised over $20,000, but community support continues to be a powerful force.

"The community's support has been incredible," said Peter Frahar. "It far exceeds our expectations. We are working hard to manage the existing funds while simultaneously preparing for potential new sites."

The factory's complete destruction has left employees in shock. 'This is a huge blow,' one employee shared, 'they are trying to come to terms with this tremendous loss.' Despite the setback, everyone remains determined to find new opportunities.

Peter Frahar, who oversees the factory's operations at NZ AbILITIES GROUP, emphasized that all employees are highly motivated and cherish their work. 'Each person is committed to doing their best in their respective roles,' he said, 'and we are now actively seeking a new place for them to work."

The factory, located in the Northland region, provided significant employment opportunities for local residents. However, the fire has left many affected and feeling let down.

NZ AbILITIES GROUP's mission is centered on resource recovery and reuse, aiming to create social value while offering work opportunities to those in need. 'We hope these employees can find new job satisfaction,' stated Peter Frahar, 'this is a comfort for them.'

The factory's destruction represents an immense blow not only to the company but also to its employees and their families. Yet, with community support and resilience, there remains hope for a brighter future.
