Auckland Airport Ranks 46th in Skytrax Global Airport Satisfaction Report

As the highest-ranked airport in the亚太 region (including Oceania) for its performance over the past year, Auckland Airport has made significant improvements to enhance passenger experience.

This ranking was released by British Airways and Skytrax, a leading airport evaluation website. The report highlights that Singapore's吉隆坡机场 remains at the top of the rankings, with Auckland second, followed by墨尔本 and布里斯本 in third place. Additionally, Auckland Airport is among the fourth-ranked airports globally within the 10 to 20 million passenger annum category.

Auckland Airport’s chief customer officer, 斯科特·拉斯克尔, stated that over the past year, the airport has focused on optimizing passenger processes through various initiatives. These include:

• Setting up dedicated transport hubs and upgraded guidance signs at international arrivals to provide clearer information to passengers.


• Introducing fast lanes in the international arrivals area to improve processing efficiency while enhancing border security.


• Implementing airline security department’s CT scanning devices for international travelers, allowing them to place small items like laptops and bags through customs without waiting.

Looking ahead, Auckland Airport plans to integrate domestic and international arrivals areas into a single flow. The airport also aims to upgrade facilities such as洗手间、地板和座椅 in the domestic arrivals area.
