However, many customers indicated that these images did not adequately reflect the actual installation quality, and in some cases, Roofbuddy's employees even used these images for misleading promotional purposes.
Overall, these complaints reflect concerns and dissatisfaction among customers regarding Roofbuddy's services. While the company claims to take complaints seriously and address them promptly, this has not always been the case in practice.
