Taonga Mātaurua Whanuiāne Mahiwhenua Rite o Kōpūrererua Valley

The "Great K Valley Cycle Adventure" activity, organized by the Taonga Sunrise Rotary Club's environmental group, aims to promote the historical, ecological, and environmental significance of this ecologically rich area. This event will also serve as a fundraising opportunity for the preservation of Kōpūrererua Valley's natural resources.

Participants can expect an engaging exploration of the region while contributing to environmental conservation efforts. A portion of the proceeds will be used to plant thousands of local plants and support wildlife and ecological systems in the area.
