Chong Cheng Secondary School is alleged to have violated regulations by 'leveraging a shell' for Shenzhen tutoring institution 'Star Pick'. The Education Bureau stated on Friday (8th) that it has learned of multiple civil litigation cases regarding the management rights of the Hong Kong Chong Cheng Association, and the permanent secretary general feels that the actions of the school's board of governors are unsatisfactory. Therefore, according to the Education Ordinance, the school has been suspended from operating within its premises or any part of its premises.
