A 14-year-old girl, Chen Xinyi, went missing after leaving her residence at Shui Hau Ruby Lake Estate in the evening of August 3. Her family reported the case to the police on August 7. Chen Xinyi is approximately 1.68 meters tall, weighs about 55 kilograms, has a slim figure, an oval face, yellow skin, and long black hair; she was last seen wearing a black jacket, a white short-sleeve shirt, black shorts, and white sports shoes.
