At 10:21 a.m. today (7th), a fire broke out in a unit on the middle floor of Block 22, Phase 3, Yinhai, Yuxi Sha, Ma On Shan. On site, thick smoke filled the air, clothes on the unit's balcony were on fire, and flames were visible. Firefighters deployed one hose and a smoke helmet team to extinguish the fire, which was brought under control at 11:10 a.m. According to reports, there are currently no injuries, and an ambulance was on standby at the scene. On site, it was visible that the door frame of the affected unit's balcony was burned and deformed, the exterior wall was severely soot-stained, and a strong burnt smell was present.
