A fatal traffic accident occurred in Tsuen Wan on Tuesday (5th), when a 35-year-old Filipino male tourist was tragically hit and killed by a taxi that had gone out of control while leaving the Como Hotel. The 80-year-old driver is suspected of causing death by dangerous driving and has been arrested. The deceased had come to Hong Kong for tourism and suffered a tragic accident, dying away from his homeland. His family rushed from the Philippines to Hong Kong to handle the aftermath, and today (7th) morning, under the accompaniment of staff from the Philippine Consulate-General in Hong Kong, they went to the Kai Chong Mortuary to complete the body identification procedures, looking visibly sorrowful.
