Industrial computer manufacturer Advantech today announced that its consolidated revenue for July was approximately NT$6.009 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 19.44%, setting a new record for the same period in previous years; cumulative revenue for the first seven months reached NT$41.196 billion, up 22.78% year-on-year. Advantech's Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Comprehensive Business Operations, Chen Qingxi, stated that this third quarter is not a traditional off-season, and revenue in the second half of the year is expected to be higher than that in the first half. It is estimated that the revenue share from Edge AI applications will exceed 20% by the end of this year.
