A case of falling from a building occurred in Tung Chung. Around 7 p.m. yesterday (6th), a 19-year-old woman surnamed Deng lost contact with her family. Her family reported the incident to the police for assistance. Upon receiving the report, the police conducted a search and found Deng lying on the platform of Wing Yat Building in Yat Tung Estate. The paramedics confirmed on-site that the victim was clearly deceased. After an initial investigation, the police believe that Deng fell from the rooftop of the aforementioned location. No suicide note was found at the scene, and the cause of death is yet to be determined after the post-mortem examination. The victim died on the spot.
