CBRE stated that the project is of moderate scale and has relatively low development costs, and is expected to attract more interest from developers and stimulate bidding. Vincent Zheng, Executive Director and Head of Valuation and Advisory Services at CBRE Hong Kong, said that the project benefits from its strategic location near the future Tuen Mun South Extension Line. The project and the new MTR line are expected to be completed around 2030 to 2031. This timing coordination further enhances the project's long-term transportation appeal, and the walking distance to the new MTR station is expected to be an important factor attracting potential buyers.
