Hsieh & Co. and China Overseas (0688)' has recently sold one two-room unit, with a transaction price of about 8.748 million HKD, at a price of 20,018 HKD per square foot.
Kowloon Bay by Jardine House International (0173), William H. H. Hsieh & Co. and China Overseas (0688) launched 12 two-room units for sale today. Although the weather was恶劣, it still successfully recorded one transaction. The transaction record shows that the unit sold was Unit E, 18th floor, Block 2A, with a practical area of 437 square feet, a transaction price of about 8.748 million HKD, and a price of 20,018 HKD per square foot.
