Yesterday (Tuesday/5th), a black rain caused severe flooding at the Tsuen Wan-Kam Tin Interchange, and the road heading towards the Shing Mun Tunnel was temporarily fully closed. At 10:55 PM last night, the Hong Kong Observatory again issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal, which was cancelled at midnight today (Wednesday/6th). Ambulance staff moved the injured person onto a stretcher and then transported them to the hospital by ambulance. The injured person was conscious upon arrival at the hospital. The police have classified the case as a 'traffic accident with injuries' and are investigating the cause of the accident.
