The Police will launch an updated version of the 'Hong Kong Police Mobile App' on August 10, integrating over 50 services of the police force into a one-stop platform. The app has added an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot called 'Yes Sir,' which helps answer citizens' inquiries. Citizens who encounter suspected fraud cases can also consult 'Yes Sir' and receive fraud prevention tips. Additionally, the app has optimized the electronic reporting center, providing an automatic form-filling function, making it convenient for citizens to avoid repeatedly entering personal information. Uncompleted forms can be saved for 48 hours, allowing citizens to look up information and complete the forms later.
