CITIC Bank Kaohsiung Special Zone Family Office Service Has Successfully Attracted More Than 10 Business Families to Apply

CITIC Bank's Xinxing Branch opened in July and moved into the Kaohsiung Asset Management Special Zone. CITIC Bank stated on the 5th that the Family Office service has successfully attracted more than 10 business families to apply, with over NT$8 billion in assets under management. The Family Office team also helps customers customize their needs, consult and organize, complete asset inventory and optimize the equity inheritance structure of the business family, and combines trust, taxation, legal, insurance, and family governance services. In addition, CITIC Bank pointed out that it has created a comprehensive financing service platform for high-net-worth customers. The trust investment segment provides trust collateral lending services, while the non-trust investment segment provides financial asset investment portfolio loan services (Lombard Lending). It is also about to launch premium financing services for insurance planning needs, as well as loan services for existing policyholders, totaling four core financing solutions to improve the efficiency of fund utilization. In terms of risk management, CITIC Bank's team provides financing leverage assessment and continues to monitor market fluctuations. Through an early warning system for real-time maintenance rates, it helps customers manage risks. In addition, CITIC Bank has partnered with the international asset management institution Barings to jointly introduce 'Overseas Fund Products That Do Not Have the Nature of a Securities Investment Trust Fund' at the CITIC Bank in the Kaohsiung Asset Management Special Zone. The products are focused on semi-liquid private credit-type products with better liquidity, which have been listed on the special zone.
