Heavy Rain in Hong Kong Causes Flight Delays at Airport and Flooding in Subway Stations

Since the evening of the 4th, Hong Kong has experienced intense thunderstorms and heavy rain, prompting the Hong Kong Observatory to issue the most severe black rainstorm warning. Due to the adverse weather conditions, over 100 flights at the airport have been delayed, with waterlogging occurring in many parts of the city, and some subway stations have been closed due to flooding. As of 10:30 AM today, 61 outbound and 40 inbound flights at the airport have been delayed, with 1 outbound and 1 inbound flight canceled. In addition, multiple areas have experienced flooding, and some hospitals have been unable to provide emergency services due to flooding. However, there have been no reports of casualties so far.
