On the eve of the 80th anniversary of the Hiroshima atomic bombing, people from around the world gathered at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park to mourn the victims of the atomic bombing and pray for world peace. On this day, a civic group called 'Hiroshima Atomic Bomb Piano Friends Association' held a concert in front of the Atomic Bomb Dead Victims Memorial Stone, playing on the 'Atomic Bomb Piano' to convey fear of nuclear weapons and prayers for peace. Hiroshima Mayor Kazumi Matsui emphasized in his peace declaration that establishing a security system based on dialogue is crucial, and called on the world to cherish the importance of peace. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida also attended in person to pray for the victims of the atomic bombing. This event is not only a reflection on history but also a hope for the future.
