Black rain has struck again, and the Hong Kong Observatory issued a black rain warning signal again at 5:50 AM today (5th), which has lasted until at least 3 PM this afternoon. At Ta Kau Ling New Village in Sai Kung, heavy rain caused a landslide. At 10:03 AM, the police received a report indicating that a slope of approximately 30 meters by 7 meters collapsed, with a large amount of mud, rocks, trees, and retaining walls blocking the center of the road.
