Event Overview

On July 22, 2025, at around 5:30 PM, Li Moumou was driving a white Hafo SUV on a narrow village road in Jiangshan Town, Fangchenggang City, when a dispute arose with Hou Moumou, who was driving a black Mercedes-Benz SUV. After Li refused Hou’s unreasonable request to move back, Hou took out a document marked “Administrative Law Enforcement” from the vehicle and showed it to Li, while a passenger identified Li’s surname and address. Later, Li reported the incident to relevant authorities but was not satisfied with the response. On July 31, Li uploaded the video from the car’s dashboard camera to the internet, triggering widespread public discussion.
