Frances (Sesi) Latu-Vailea, her daughter Oneahi Vailea, and niece Marly Tulua were all killed in the crash when their vehicle plunged into water. The three victims died at the scene, leaving behind a grieving husband and father, Naki Vailea, who is now the sole caregiver for their children, including an eight-week-old baby.
